Although he is on the autism spectrum, his disability has not stopped him from growing and expanding his culinary arts education and experience.

Jimi MelloJimi loves to cook, teach, and travel. He is also a licensed and insured Handyman in Suffolk County. Married to his wife Maureen for 27 years, he is dedicated to helping Riley and his brother lead happy and independent lives.
